Donna Albert Donna Albert is a Professional Civil Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Energy Manager, with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's University in Lacey, Washington. Originally from Kansas, she came to Washington State when her husband was stationed at Fort Lewis. They fell in love with the rain forest, rivers, mountains and ocean beaches, and stayed here when he retired from military service. They have two grown sons and four grandchildren.
