Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition    Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition is a non-profit 501(c)3, and receives EPA funding to hire a Technical Advisor to review all cleanup related studies and plans. DRCC is involved in all aspects of the proposed cleanup and is working to ensure that the cleanup meets community standards. DRCC serves as fiscal agent for the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition (DRCC). DRCC was formed in 2001 by an alliance of community, environmental and small business groups affected by ongoing pollution and cleanup plans for the Duwamish River. The mission of DRCC is to ensure a Duwamish River cleanup that is accepted by and benefits the community and is protective of fish, wildlife and human health.
