Local Courts Jockey for State Funds to Deal With Case Backlogs

Deschutes County, OR was among those denied resources for an additional county judge. Deschutes County Circuit Presiding Judge Alta Brady says the county needs 2.5 more judges to deal with its large backlog of cases.
